KAGE awarded five Green Room Awards for the Company's 2006 production Headlock: "Outstanding Production", "Outstanding Direction", "Outstanding Ensemble of Performers" in the New Form Category as well as "Best Concept and Realisation" in the Dance Category.

KAGE nominated for seven Green Room Awards for the Company's successful 2006 production Headlock. The nominations cover citations for "Outstanding Production", "Outstanding Direction", "Outstanding Ensemble of Performers", "Outstanding Visual Design" in the New Form Category as well as "Best Choreography", "Best Concept and Realisation" and "Best Male Dancer" in the Dance Category.

Kate was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Independent Dance at the 2004 Australian Dance Awards.

KAGE was nominated for three Green Room Awards for Nowhere Man including Best Ensemble and Best Lighting and winning Best Concept and Realisation in Dance. The Collapsible Man received a nomination for Most Innovative Theatre.

KAGE was runners up in the Age Critics Award for Nowhere Man as part of the 2003 Melbourne Festival.

Kate was joint recipient of the Ewa Czajor Memorial Award for Female Directors.
